Guest ticket change?

Morning all. Have the club changed the way you buy guest tickets for home games? I bought some earlier in the season and assigned to my season tickets, then added the guest details afterwards. Looks like now I have to assign it to the guest straight away so they need to registered with a number. TIA

Noticed the same, but I haven't brought guest tickets for a while so assumed it was new for this season.

I bought one on Friday for someone. Added their details manually before checking out. Also noticed the change this morning.

 

It's actually better this way as the person you are buying for will get a point.

Thanks both, just means setting up accounts for under 10s with no email addresses, but I’ll sort

Put them on your email address then. This was is much better, gives the guest you are buying for a booking history, so they can buy on their own when matches go on sale to fans with booking history.
