We're likely to be on our own with another unwanted record.

12 – Birmingham City, Leicester City

11 – West Bromwich Albion

10 – Bolton Wanderers, Manchester City

9 – Burnley, Middlesbrough, Norwich City, Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday, Sunderland

Happy Weekend Everyone

This and on for the record for most second tier titles. Leicester City’s DNA is to be a yo-yo club. I’ve resigned myself to the inevitability of that a little now.

We already hold the record for second tier titles.

Got to think Top, Rudkin and the rest felt it wasn't worth trying to stay up this year, too expensive. Resigned to double relegation, with big hit from EFL as a way of clearing out the big contract players. 5-10 years before we"re back. Oldies like me may never see them in top flight again.
