Season ticket issue

Admin feel free to move this post, I’m knackered after being at work since 5pm yesterday so can’t be bothered to search. Anyway is anybody else’s ST still showing as Wrexham rather than Portsmouth, I’m sure they usually change straight after a game normally

Mine shows Portsmouth, but I had this happen to me previously and I was able to update it at the ticket office before the game. There was a bit of a queue outside, but the person supervising the queue sorted it for me. I didn’t quite understand what the problem was but she did something in my wallet to update it.

If you have an iPhone press the information icon, turn off automatic updates and turn it on again. Should fix. 
 

Assume there’s similar settings on other phones that should do the same.

If this happens on my iPhone, (happens occasionally) I turn off auto updates and turn it back on again, and it refreshes itself.

 

double click the side button, choose the season ticket and click on the i logo in the circle (bottom right). Toggle automatic updates off then on.

 

if it is an android, I can’t help, but imagine there is a similar process.

They normaly do but try this. I normaly got to my wallet press on the top right bit that brings up some options. Then press notifications then turn off update automatically and turn back on. It triggers an update works every time for me
