So the prem has 3 types of pitch of which we have 3 of each. Then 3 other pitches. Plus an indoor pitch.

A 30 bedroom hotel gym swimming pool n state of the art set up?

 

Have we ever had Real, Barca or the like rent it out before a CL or European match. Or a country playing England?

 

Ok had a few but really why are we not selling it.

It’s a reasonable question and the fact is we don’t know.. I can see many reasons that would have to be considered starting with isolation of visitors from our operations Seagrave is fairly heavily used by community activities plus our academy events. Insurance costs might be another. Spying would be as we have seen with Southampton a concern. We have competition with St George’s not that far away. European visitors to Forest might be an option but others probably have better choices closer to where they play. This year it means less as the revenue cannot be used towards the team costs.

Because KP don't do half jobs and renting bits out would hurt their pride.

 

Plus the whole LCFC purchase was to make big the name of King Power in the UK / Europe, they could have made more sponsorship money but chose KP everywhere.
