Release of away tickets, worst blocks first

Someone mentioned recently that the club aren’t responsible for the order in which blocks of tickets are released.

Apparently down to home club and plod?

Is this true?

 

Best seats never seem to go on sale first.

Yes because they will often start furthest away from the segregation line or the nearest to the turnstiles. 
 

Where it’s annoying is when it’s obvious those tickets are going to sell ASAP, so just open multiple blocks at the same time
