Cobbo Posted 28 September 2004 Posted 28 September 2004 now suspended for Saturday - 5 yellow cards. Im not suprised , a few Man City fans told me to expect it from him 22994 Well I think all football fans expected it from him. He'll be missed though, certainly sounded like a yellow card that he didn't need to get!
SilverFox Posted 28 September 2004 Posted 28 September 2004 I personally think he is singled out by some referees...they know about his reputation so the slightest, even if unjustified, thing he does is penalised with a card. I've seen many offences with him that didn't merit a card. Refereeing these days is ****ed up!
Scow Posted 28 September 2004 Posted 28 September 2004 That's Stewart and Tiatto out for Saturday then. We'll have the amazing combination of Wilcox left back and Scowcroft left wing against Preston. Looking forward to it already. :w00t:

Cobbo Posted 28 September 2004 Posted 28 September 2004 It sounded like Trev did well to be honest (I know I'm only going on the radio...) but if he did well enough I hope he gets to start upfront again! Connolly should be left out IMO.
Guest Daniel Posted 29 September 2004 Posted 29 September 2004 After the way Trev played tonight i seriously hope he starts on Saturday, he was excellent.
Anish Posted 29 September 2004 Posted 29 September 2004 After the way Trev played tonight i seriously hope he starts on Saturday, he was excellent. 23023 This is MA we're talking about remember? The man whose selection is based on reputations, not form. I bet Connolly will return up front with Dublin, with Trev being restored to his season ticket on the bench.

Benji tried his hardest yesterday, and deserves another start in the team.
lumberjack Posted 29 September 2004 Posted 29 September 2004 funny old game. never thought i'd see the day that trickey trev would be worthy of a starting place for lcfc

MON Posted 29 September 2004 Posted 29 September 2004 How can Trev have a good game ? 23141 idiot
Anish Posted 29 September 2004 Posted 29 September 2004 How can Trev have a good game ? 23141 idiot 23236 No need for the insult, he could well have been sarcastic.
Hoof Fox Posted 29 September 2004 Posted 29 September 2004 Personally I would move Makin to left back and bring Canero in at right back and then leave the team as was. Although i think Connelly may come back in possibly in place of Dublin so he can have a rest, especially now that tricky has shown he can command a spot, actually think Benji and Connelly might make quite a good partnership and it will take some pressure of Dion.
