I love downtempo/chill music from artists like Tosca, Boards of Canada, Thievery Corporation and Bent - sort of ambient, trip-hop and laidback jazz styles. Anybody else into this style of music ??? Jordan Posted 6 January 2006 Share Posted 6 January 2006 I know someone who's into downtempo lounge-style stuff--big Thievery Corporation fan... he also likes Trüby Trio (very jazzy) and Dzikan and Kamien (lounge/jazz/Eastern), so maybe check those groups out. My favorite funky chill-out music is quickly becoming dub from the 70s and early 80s... "Scientist Wins the World Cup"--great album :thumbsup: Trip-hop is always an option provided you don't think it's not cool anymore in 2006, but who cares?
