If anything it should please a lot of your critics because the club has now publicly acknowledged the emergence of Stearman who now moves up the pecking order. People come on the site and rightly question players' allegiance to the club and if they're causing trouble then they have to go regardless of their past. Elliott and Stearman will want to play for different reasons, but they'll want to be there. True leadership qualities shown there.

Gerry Taggart, Steve Howey, Matt Elliott and now Martin Keown have all fallen out of favour with Micky Adams and it's no coincidence. Adams baffles me, he really does. He is so arrogant and anybody who questions him know what will happen to them. Would it of mattered is Keown had given the criticism to Micky Adams face? I wouldn't of madre any difference because Micky Adams won't accept anybody elses opinion. Now the players are paid to play football and nothing else, but as Keown was also bought in to help Micky out I would imagine Keown has his right to voice his concernes, which 32,000 other people connected to this club are also concerned about. Hullfox, if your boss was managing the company badly and you couldn't take it anymore would you just not say anything? Would you not even say anything to your work colleagues and would you find it harsh if your boss found out and sacked you, but made some cock and bull story up about why you were leaving the company? I think not. Adams is a goat and he needs putting down.

I'm not saying that there are no problems in the club, but you can guarantee that whatever happens, Mickey is to blame with some of you. You haven't been riled by Adams yet, but you will do. It's only a matter of time and by the way if your boss did sack you, you would feel hard done by and so would your other colleagues. As you haven't directly abused your boss, you've commented on the current situation and how you are unhappy about it, pretty reasonable to me. The players won't be happy about this, Micky might well have just shot himself in the foot again!

Howey = Fat useless Alcoholic who got everything he deserved....where is he now, tells a story i would say. Elliot = Not good enough for the Prem but i welcome his return as does Micky which is why he is still the club captain. I would say Micky has been correct in virtually all of the players he has released. Those of you who chastise him for only playing Blake for example because he is a Micky adams signing are mad as we all know that has nothing to do with it. If a player is no good Micky Tells him. simple. They either accept it buckle down and get it sorted ot they leave. STRONG Management in my opinion.

Has it been written anywhere that he put ideas forward? As i have said before IMO the players that Micky has released in the past have by and large been correct decisions, even if at the time they have were questioned, and as such i will back the manager with this decision untill information comes to light to make be change my opinion. It has been argued on this forum before that maybe Micky takes to much advice from certain areas as he does not know himself. He has been called a weak manger for such reasons. This to me simply sounds as if Micky has stated his position and Keown does not agree 100% and also feels he is not prepared to continue to work if his feelings are not adhered to by the manager. Fine if thats the case then BYE BYE no probs. As you can see I am also making assumptions, mine are no less valid than anyone elses as none of us have the facts. Lets be patient shall we. And as for people planning to give Micky a hard time on Saturday over this then my message to you is you are not true fans! full stop.
