The only good performance AGAIN was Tiatto, great tactics bringing him off, after our record of conceding 90th minute goals, so then we had the excitement of Wilcox who was abysmal on the left and Gillespie, who didnt do too bad to be fair on the right for extra time. Preston completely out played us, they had so many good chances, 3 goals for their efforts wasnt enough. Cresswell what a player Adams OUT

Cat Burger Posted 4 October 2004 Posted 4 October 2004 It was shocking, first game I've been to since Brighton. couple of positives, Blake played well he looked like he gave a shit for a change. Gudjonsson played well and got stuck in, Williams also did okay. Tommy Wright was rubbish, everytime the ball came to him, he either fell over or fouled the defender. Defensively we couldn't pick men up and we panicked when the ball was in our area. It was hard to place where we went wrong. Stewart was shocking defensively today.
