Rincewind Posted 26 January 2006 Posted 26 January 2006 My stepfather's lost his sight in the last year. Whether he'd find this funny I don't know but he is of the older generation even for me. He's doing OK actually. He gets help from his local village community service and him and my mum have been to a specialist hotel in Windermere for holidays. He's having to learn braille and use talking books. I think he'll miss his newspapers though. Used to read them cover to cover, even the Leicester Mecury.
