ithuriel Posted 29 January 2006 Share Posted 29 January 2006 unfortunately every club has its inbreds , im glad to hear know one was hurt. it is just a small minority though and i think you will find most city fans dont want these thugs following our club. sorry your day out was spoiled. PompeyFox Posted 29 January 2006 Share Posted 29 January 2006 Proberly the reason police were in short supply was, because the rugby were playing at home as well. With the same kick off time. When i saw both fixtures scheduled for the same day, i thought our fixture would be changed to the sunday. Still it's no excuse for the trouble makers......... Guest Posted 29 January 2006 Share Posted 29 January 2006 Every club has them. I've been on coaches which have been attacked by the home fans, and the last thing I want is the 'good guys' apologising on their behalf. I refuse to apologise for our idiots. I can't believe anyone is. These arseholes should be made to apologise for their own actions. Preferably on the pitch at St Mary's. That'll learn them. Thracian Posted 29 January 2006 Share Posted 29 January 2006 Well a bunch of their fans sang going down outside the ground. Then a few of our fans started singing harry redknapp songs outside their coach. This all happened cos there where NO police on the day. People banged on the windows but no-one actually smashed a window... The stewards came out and everyuthing got broken up from what i saw. But i didn't see anyone smash a window. The window was smashed later but why were there no outrider escorts?
Cat Burger Posted 29 January 2006 Share Posted 29 January 2006 There was some little kids causing trouble where I was sitting, A mini-Hitler (steward) had a go at them at the beggining of the game when they were behaving themselves, just being a bit loud. It atagonised them and they were stanting up for most of the rest of the match. A few stewards tried to pull one of them out but they couldn't and just gave up...They really are useless. There was like 10 of them about 14. One of them always used to come in our class in primary school because he used to piss himself and his mum was our teacher... That's probably what the kids that did this were like. Ajax Treesdown Posted 29 January 2006 Share Posted 29 January 2006 That was really an over reaction. I cannot believe you behaved like that. You tit. Just because a few fans smashed a window doesn't mean we all would.
