Guest Posted 6 March 2006 Posted 6 March 2006 I was about to shout something along the lines of "who was that supposed to be for?" when I noticed the keeper frantically trying to get back, realised it was on target, and then laughed!! I tried my damndest to avoid the cameraman this time.
Katy Posted 6 March 2006 Posted 6 March 2006 Stez missed it he was sitting next to me but didnt see it I dont know what he was doing. The bloke next to me let out a groan when Joe struck the ball which then turned into a 'yay' - it was a quality strike from bang on the half way line.

Sounds to me that perhaps the proof of what Stez was doing is in your post, has the 'gay premiership footballers' reports rubbed off on him?

Haha oh dear, ill get grief for that, what I actually meant was that there was a bloke next to me and Stez next to me. The two incidents are not connected

Michael Doyle Posted 9 March 2006 Posted 9 March 2006 I missed it! Haven't seen it replayed either! Wish I had seen it as it sounds like it was a fantastic effort. Would loved to have been in the crowd for the atmosphere. I recon the buzz would have gone on for ages. It was the perfect way to beat Ta#$@rs team and show him the quickest exit out of the club, the city, the shire, the midlands. COME ON YOU MIGHTY FOXES MadMick
