Had to think a little while but I was nine, dont seem that long ago.

The bloke next to me was sat right behind a pillar and had to keep moving each side to view the match. Wouldnt have liked to have been him.

Then we got the same seats Vs Tottenham in the worthington cup and another bloke near us had to endure the dreaded Wembley pillar

Not as impressive as the television commentry but still a great listen.

anyone got footage or commentery of the last minute of the palace play off final? i remember a motionless nigel martyn and frenzied city fans behind me going mad with one picking me up and kissing me alot - i was only 9.what a day though still got the scarf above my bed
