Lazy journos speculating because both Kelly and Stowell used to be with them. Kelly Will Be Offered Post On Full-Time Basis After Leading City To Safety It made me feel great when I seen it, and after reading it, it sounds like the board are going to place the contract and a nice blue pen () sometime this week..
