I tend to use it inappropriately in Delboy style. It should probably be "When there's grass on the wicket, I'll be umpire!" or something like that. I keep meaning to take an umpiring course, but I think its something for when I'm a bit older? The second umpiring reference wasn't sex-related. I'm not sure you can have a sex umpire anyway. This has gone wrong.
