Hi steven thanks for your comments, yes I can see it's a bit of pain - it would seem the only way to do it is to type it in manually with the other details. I'll see what I can do.

It's only a few extra digits for each entry so I don't think I'll be getting RSI anyday soon besides us unemployed need something to occupy our minds. :P
