Knighton Matt Posted 3 June 2006 Posted 3 June 2006 All looks a bit cloak and dagger for me. Give me a... ...then mate...
MC Prussian Posted 4 June 2006 Author Posted 4 June 2006 You work under the table?? Exactly what kind of films are looking at alex?? Nonononoooo.... I was just saying that Europeans have a hard knock's life finding a job in Canada and the States, unless you marry (which can take up to a year to clear all the paperwork), work under the table (while being on a student visa) or get a Green Card (which takes time as well). Of course, if I had family over here, it'd be easier, too. In general, though, working in the film "industry" is tough anyway, because you're jumping from project to project and it's hardly anything stable, apart from TV-series that run for a considerable amount of time (e.g several years). Well, I'll continue searching for jobs. I might as well apply for a "Work & Holiday" visa next year to get back to Vancouver. It's a great city, tellya. No idea how I'm going to devour the loss once I'm back in Switzerland.
MC Prussian Posted 4 June 2006 Author Posted 4 June 2006 Now THAT'S a mop! Take it easy, guys! No need to invade every single thread started by others and continue with your "joke vendetta"... Bored, James? Or simply another attempt at reaching the No. 1 spot in posts-a-day?

Or simply another attempt at reaching the No. 1 spot in posts-a-day? If you want to do this mate, you're going to have to supply me with a handbag.
