It's the Kool Aid Man from the adverts in America, where it'd burst through the wall and shout "Oh yeah". He was in the episode in the first episode of the first series where Peter goes to court for benefit fraud and he gets sentanced and one by one Meg, Louis, Brian and Chris go "Oh no" and then the Kool Aid Man bursts through the wall and goes "Oh yeah!!" and then looks sheepish and slowley edges out. Then they stuck him in the movie too .
