nhfox Posted 17 June 2006 Posted 17 June 2006 Ghana had scoring chances against Italy, but their finishing lacked quality. They probably got opening-game jitters and calmed down agaisnt the Czechs. They also looked poor dealing with crosses against Italy, but their keeper looked much better dealing with them today.
breadandcheese Posted 18 June 2006 Posted 18 June 2006 Ghana were fantastic yesterday. As Thracian says, they attacked relentlessly and put on a great spectacle. Admittedly, should they progress and attack like that in the later stages of the tournament, they will be carved up, but they put on a hell of a performance yesterday against a very good team.
