SystonFox Posted 1 July 2006 Posted 1 July 2006 have people seen these? i saw the first one last saturday on dvd and the 2nd on wednesday on dvd. i think the 1st is best with a fantastic twist, the 2nd one is just as good but i was less interested as it kept switching scenes whereas the 1st is mainly based in the shithole room. i think this films are a fantastic film to make you think. cant wait for saw 3!!!

I think the first was better too - it wasn't overly complicated in terms of setting and the story was advanced through psychological effects, and then had a great twist. It was original too. The second kind of stank of Hollywood - the dialogue was really lame and the traps reminded me of Home Alone and that annoying Culkin kid. Then the twist was really lame too, like they'd just pulled the chick's identity out of their arses to make for another good twist. But yeah, my bitch aside if you haven't seen Saw, watch it cos it'll rock your socks off

Durnerz Posted 1 July 2006 Posted 1 July 2006 Seen both films, both are fantastic. I liked the twists in Saw 2 but you cant really beat the original, Saw 3 should be quality.
