Boston First Up For Foxes

0,,10274~566987,00.jpg

Leicester City face their first test of the new season when they take on Boston United on Wednesday evening (7:45pm).

Rob Kelly's Foxes returned from their close season break last Monday and were quickly into their stride on the Loughborough University training pitches.

And the players will now be keen to put their hard work to good use when they take on Steve Evan's Pilgrims at York Street.

Boss Kelly looks set to give the majority of his players a run out on the night - allowing travelling supporters to catch a glimpse of new signings Gareth McAuley, Josh Low, Andy Johnson and Darren Kenton for the first time.

Fans attending the fixture will have the option of sitting in the Staffsmart Stand (£10 adults, £5 concessions) or standing on the Spayne Road Terrace (£8 adults, £4 concessions).

Supporters are advised to call the Boston United ticketline for further details on 0870 757 9266.

Please note that there will be no crowd segregation for this fixture.

This forums not for chit chat, start a new topic in the LCFC thread.

Welcome to the Ticket News and Travel forum :welcome::scarf:

For each away game, a new topic will be started. Please post giving any directions, travel news, pubs, food etc. Please post stuff relevant to the away day experience, and keep the football chat for the LCFC forum. There will also be one topic per match.

You will also find a link to the club's ticket news. This will just give prices, dates etc. If anyone hears anything once tickets are on sale (like there's only a handful left  ) then this is the place to post it.

SO what is the 'Preseason Fixtures etc' thread all about then? Seems like a fair load of chit chat was going on there...and don't get me started on the International Friendly thread where a a Moderator was seen to indulge in both chit AND chat
