The envelope came out, then the screen said you have not entered you PIN please enter now, i enter the pin, then it goes back to the start and says 'please enter card'. errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, *realisation* OH FFS ARGHHHHHHHHH

I was on the phone to India(?) for 50min trying to sort it out.
