I'd go for some places OUTSIDE the uk... but as to places in the UK... cannot think of any at the moment d) Yes (do different types of exercise) but I would like to do more... PS: I do remember you previously saying you hardly worked out?!?! Or are you now referring to the bicep curls involved in lifting a glass of merlot to your lips? e) No idea.
