Teeno Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 I have done this if anyone thinks they can do better than have a shot at it. If we can all print something off like this and get everyone to stay behind after Saturday then I think we will get the message across!
Teeno Posted 23 November 2004 Author Posted 23 November 2004 It was rough tis why I suggested someone else having a go
Solihullfox Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 Teeno without wanting to put a dampener on your efforts, this is a done deal and any protests will fall on deaf ears. Peter Tom is qouted on the Tigers site as saying that the Tigers Bar will be a Tigers bar and he will personally put up pictures to make the egg chasers feel at home. The very fact that this has all been going on for 6 months in secret tells you all you need to know. I have been watching the Foxes for over 30 years so please don't accuse me of not caring, I DO, but like so many things these days we will be sold down the river without being consulted whilst at the same time being told it is for our own good. If you do protest on Saturday be careful what you do because you can guarantee that the stewards will be heavy handed and the club will be oonly too glad to make examples of the so called rowdy element that isn't wanted at football matches.
Guest Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 I see what you're getting at, SF, but I can't sit back and let the club get away with this without venting my frustrations at them. It may be a done deal, but I will kick and scream all the way to its conclusion.
Guest Daniel Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 Does that mean you'll stay behind after the game Lisa?
Cobbo Posted 23 November 2004 Posted 23 November 2004 Done deal or not, we can still protest about it and let them know what we think. The club is nothing wthout the fans, I would suggest boycotting a game or two and then see what they do, but I doubt enough people would do it...
Jonesy_rules Posted 24 November 2004 Posted 24 November 2004 Best way to VOTE is to VOTE WITH YOUR FEET!

I do however think some sort of mass protest is needed for the club to realise what the fans think.
