Ric Flair Posted 24 November 2004 Posted 24 November 2004 I suppose the 1884 bar will be dismantled and replaced with a bar that is suitable for both teams. Oh how lovely, can hardly wait.
Guest Posted 24 November 2004 Posted 24 November 2004 Peter Tom has already said the ABC Bar will be moving to the Walkers.

Jonbluefox9 Posted 24 November 2004 Posted 24 November 2004 Aslong as everyone's precious KOP stays blue then who cares?...
Guest Daniel Posted 24 November 2004 Posted 24 November 2004 I do. The kops nothing special. The real kop has already gone, student flats or something there now. I couldnt careless about the kop, its about the fact green will be everywhere.
Macca4lcfc Posted 24 November 2004 Posted 24 November 2004 cue the change in argument from 'no green seats' to 'best stand for atmosphere' etc
Jordan Posted 25 November 2004 Posted 25 November 2004 I suppose one "compromise" could be like what they do at Giants Stadium in New Jersey (home of the New York Giants and New York Jets NFL teams), where the stadium and seats are blue and red (Giants colors) and Giants logos are painted in the end zones, but when the Jets play at "home" (they rent the stadium), the area around the field is covered in green (Jets colors) with their logos painted in the end zones. The difference here, however, is that the Giants are the primary tenants of Giants Stadium and the Tigers would own an equal share of Filbert Way under this proposed groundshare, so they would want their identity to be present in the stadium's design just as much as LCFC. However, the seat colors should stay blue and white--if the stadium's full, you can't see the seats anyway
Jonbluefox9 Posted 25 November 2004 Posted 25 November 2004 its about the fact green will be everywhere. Yes but they won't be 'everywhere' will they?! They'll be in half of the stadium.
Cobbo Posted 25 November 2004 Posted 25 November 2004 its about the fact green will be everywhere. Yes but they won't be 'everywhere' will they?! They'll be in half of the stadium. 39935[/snapback] To be honest, I don't think there will be any green seats.....or blue ones if this goes ahead. We'll just have a neutral colour throughout the stadium.
Guest Daniel Posted 25 November 2004 Posted 25 November 2004 Well thats a joke, this is our home and these are coming to stay with us after we planned and waited for this stadium to be built. Keep it blue.
FNQ Posted 25 November 2004 Posted 25 November 2004 I can't believe you. As if it matters if we are sitting in a green seat! I think the financial stability of the club is slightly more important ffs.
Guest Daniel Posted 25 November 2004 Posted 25 November 2004 Next season and promotion will be fine for us financially. Take it your part egg chaser part football fan.
FNQ Posted 25 November 2004 Posted 25 November 2004 I've never been to a rugby game in my life. The only rugby game I've ever watched was the world cup final.
