Guest Posted 26 November 2004 Posted 26 November 2004 This will add fuel to the fire!! Liverpool and Everton are different derby teams to anyone else in the world. Only at a Liverpool/Everton derby will you find supporters sitting side by side, and no aggro. I don't know how their fans would feel about this, but I would suspect that there wouldn't be as much opposition to this as we have with the Tigers. And at least it'll be the same sport on their pitch, with the same requirements!!

Wouldn't be suprised if the fans start kicking off big time over that one!
Guest Posted 26 November 2004 Posted 26 November 2004 I don't know, that's what I said, and bearing in mind that families in Liverpool can be split between the two teams, it's a totally different prospect. It's the plastic scousers who will kick up a stink.
chambo_9 Posted 26 November 2004 Posted 26 November 2004 nah this one wont go ahead the manager dont want to (rafa benitez) cus the pitch will get fooked! and the rivaly will be lost between the 2 teams. shame we aint lining up to share with another football club cus that cud be our reason a!
Guest Daniel Posted 26 November 2004 Posted 26 November 2004 Liverpool Vs Everton is one of the most violent derbys around today. Would be a terrible thing if this happened.
shen Posted 26 November 2004 Posted 26 November 2004 Can't see it happening. 40492[/snapback] And it won't
shen Posted 26 November 2004 Posted 26 November 2004 well if Pool have moved so swiftly to deny it, then surely no agreement will be made. It says they'd rather pull out of the stadium project than share with Everton..
