Leeds Squad see anything there that says they're promotion material? I don't

Blackwell has never managed before - Always been a coach - Coaches have problems transferring from that role to managing as they tend take on too much responsibility for training. Example = Peter Taylor. They have also signed Craig Hignett, so I can't take them seriously anyway. ::
