MADLEVEIN Posted 28 November 2004 Posted 28 November 2004 his goal kicks were getting snow on before they come down adams would have loved him.
Anish Posted 28 November 2004 Posted 28 November 2004 Yes his kicking isn't the strongest part of his game. He certainly gets height, but not always the required distance - and the higher he kicks it, the harder it is for Scowy to flick it on.
Steven Posted 28 November 2004 Posted 28 November 2004 He punched it abit too much though. 40958 At least he wasn't just flapping at the ball.
Wellman Posted 28 November 2004 Posted 28 November 2004 stop moaning about him, he's the best keeper we've got
Guest Daniel Posted 28 November 2004 Posted 28 November 2004 stop moaning about him, he's the best keeper we've got 40989 And whos moaning?

Guest Daniel Posted 28 November 2004 Posted 28 November 2004 Wasnt moaning, just stating the obvious.
Ash Posted 28 November 2004 Posted 28 November 2004 I was watched Taylor for a second when we scored our second goal , and he was really happy , Which is a good thing to see
Scow Posted 29 November 2004 Posted 29 November 2004 Kicking was a bit dodgy, but generally he was solid. Punched quite a bit, but at least he was coming for crosses instead of coming out, then hesitating and getting caught out in no mans land like Pressman.

Caused havoc in the oppostitions penalty area, but there were a couple of slips. Let's sign him. We can tell arsenal we'll pay a fee "when"-not if- we get promoted.
Ric Flair Posted 29 November 2004 Posted 29 November 2004 I thought his kicking was good!!! He could reach the oppositions penalty area with some of them! I did notice one or two were a little wayward, but overall he looks a good player.
Shum Posted 29 November 2004 Posted 29 November 2004 I didn't see a major problem with his kicking, yes his kicking out of his hands was a bit high, and Scowy found it difficult to flick on, but it also caused a few problems in defence with the ball bouncing etc.
Guest Posted 29 November 2004 Posted 29 November 2004 I have to say I think he was ok. Must agree with the comments about him punching the ball a lot, but he didn't concede because of a poor clearance.
Anish Posted 29 November 2004 Posted 29 November 2004 I have to agree with Scowy on Taylor's kicking - when he kicked off the floor he couldn't get a lot of distance, and when he kicked out of his hands, he put too much height on it.

His floor kicks dont go very high or very far.

MON Posted 29 November 2004 Posted 29 November 2004 at arsenal he probabaly isnt used to kicking the ball, just passing it to the next defender
Ash Posted 30 November 2004 Posted 30 November 2004 I have to say I think he was ok.Must agree with the comments about him punching the ball a lot 41156 What do you expect , He's been training with Jens Lehmann for the last 2 years
