Wellman Posted 5 December 2004 Posted 5 December 2004 We should actually go at and TRY to do as well as we can in the F.A. Cup. Some of you will probs say, "Don't we usually do that anyway and fail?!" Well yes we do! It's Leveins first ever time in the F.A. Cup, so lets see how he plays his cards and see how far we get.
Guest Posted 5 December 2004 Posted 5 December 2004 Shame it isn't away. A weekend in Blackpool would of been great. 43382 Not at the beginning of January!!!
Scarby Posted 5 December 2004 Posted 5 December 2004 Last time Blackpool beat us in 1965 Tue 14 Sep Leicester City 0 - 3 Blackpool First Division

Teeno Posted 5 December 2004 Posted 5 December 2004 Fancied an away game with terracing where I haven't been before.
Oli Posted 5 December 2004 Posted 5 December 2004 Fancied an away game with terracing where I haven't been before. 43486 Go Hinckley vs Brentford replay then mate. I might be going anyway.

Check their website for details.
Samu Posted 6 December 2004 Posted 6 December 2004 I think we've got a good draw there. If we had been in the Premiership I don't think there's ever an easy draw. If you are a premiership side and get a prem side it's always gonna be difficult and if you get any other team there's so much pressure to avoid the upset. But being in the Championship if we do lost to Blackpool its not as much of an upset and Blackpool won't see it as a massive tie (in the way that they would if they had Chelsea/Arsenal etc). And its at home so thats good. I hope we do get far this year
Scarby Posted 6 December 2004 Posted 6 December 2004 Did you know! it is the first time ever no premiership teams have been paired up together.
Scow Posted 6 December 2004 Posted 6 December 2004 Did you know! it is the first time ever no premiership teams have been paired up together. 43780 It's a scam. As for the FA cup tie itself, not sure I fancy a replay trip up to Blackpool in January. :w00t:
Guest Posted 6 December 2004 Posted 6 December 2004 If it's any consolation, there tends to be less holidaymakers in January.
