What did he do wrong when playing at right back ? I always thought when he played there he was quite solid defensively and is better going forward than Kenton or Stearman. Seems that because he played alot of games out of position and was ineffective there, people have forgotten he was actually quite a good right back. Not that this will help our goal scoring problems tho !

Kenton should play left-back if he refuses to play Sheehan there. Maybury or Stearman can do a job at right-back. Anything but NEJ at left-back. It just doesn't work.

It is amusing that, we get a bid for him and just because we didn't manage to get the fee we wanted it has led to Maybury being completely dropped! Perhaps he gobbed off about wanting to leave?

Far too harsh. He isn't that bad and it's not like we've got a squad packed full of class players now is it.

Certainly agree we should have someone other than Nej at LB. Not bothered between Stearman and Maybury at rb - neither fills me with confidence but I wouldn't completely slate either.

Maybury was dropped because he was only playing ok and he was linked with a move to Sunderland which never happened....
