Ash Posted 7 December 2004 Posted 7 December 2004 Source : The Sun " Preston's bid to sign defender John Curtis,26, has been shelved until his club Portsmouth decide on their new manager " Curtis moves clubs so much, Managers must realise how crap he is after the first few weeks and want rid
Anish Posted 7 December 2004 Posted 7 December 2004 Yeah but it makes you wonder why manager don't realise why clubs are always willing to sell him. He's poor, very poor and any half-brained manager should know he won't add anything to any team.
Scow Posted 7 December 2004 Posted 7 December 2004 To think that Curtis actually played for Manchester United... People moan about Makin, but we could have always had Curtis playing at Rightback still... :w00t:
Steven Posted 7 December 2004 Posted 7 December 2004 How much of a role did MA play in the crap play of Curtis.
Ric Flair Posted 8 December 2004 Posted 8 December 2004 Curtis is one of theose players that get's carried in a good team, that's why he probably looked average at Man United and at times at Blackburn, But when the going gets tough his true colours really come out. Similar to Dabizas and Dublin really, you would think managers would suss them out.
