I'm a member, membership is free, need 2 pieces of ID though!! Thursday is £1 day, all games and movies are a £1. I think game\movie hire is around £2.50 a day but they have offers on for multiple hire and multiple days, can't remember the details though!!

It's six months, and if other video stores don't do they same - they should. It's not because Blockbuster are a bunch of "meanie weenies" - it's because the Data Protection Act says they've got to delete unused information. Which is something they're stopping now anyway, all the stores are starting to get fancy new computers which hold the national database (something that's very, very scary, I might add.) For some reason that falls into a loop hole in the law and stores your account for ever, they can get your account up off that if you've got a bit of ID on you - drivers licence is ideal, like. 2. Yeah, you can't rent overnight - but who the fock wants to rent a game just overnight? Besides, most of the games range is being changed it's nearly all £2.75 for a week / 3 for £5 for a week anyway excluding the very newest titles. Guess where I work? Don't get me wrong, I don't particually like Blockbusters, but some people are badly missinformed!
foxes_fan Posted 4 October 2006 Author Posted 4 October 2006 What are they like, for renting new games out, like FIFA for example?
Finnegan Posted 4 October 2006 Posted 4 October 2006 Blockbuster? £3.95 for two nights, not so great. But still better than somewhere that's going to charge you £2.50 overnight, which is most places.
foxes_fan Posted 4 October 2006 Author Posted 4 October 2006 Got down thier and they said they need 2 letters with my address on that have been sent to me in the last 2 months, and i had only taken one letter with me. Can't be arsed to walk all the way down there again.

Do blockbuster have more than one of the same game?
Wils Posted 4 October 2006 Posted 4 October 2006 Do blockbuster have more than one of the same game? Yeah they have more than one of each game. Should think they have quite a few.
foxes_fan Posted 4 October 2006 Author Posted 4 October 2006 Yeah they have more than one of each game. Should think they have quite a few. The reason i ask is becasue i think videobox only have one game of each. It sounds like i am better off going down to Blockbuster.
Wils Posted 4 October 2006 Posted 4 October 2006 .It sounds like i am better off going down to Blockbuster. Yeah you prob are.
foxes_fan Posted 4 October 2006 Author Posted 4 October 2006 Yeah you prob are. Do you know what ID i would need to take, and also how much it would cost to join?
Guest Posted 4 October 2006 Posted 4 October 2006 Do you know what ID i would need to take, and also how much it would cost to join? Try typing Blockbuster into Google?
