Sell em all. Buy some more - at least you'll prove that its our midfield that's starving the strikers. It was no different Saturday either.

Oh you're no fun! I wanted a lecture about Dodds! :D

If we had a decent midfield Fryatt and Hume could get 35 goals between them in my opinion. Even if they were all playing all season, can't see those sort of figures from Hammond or O'Grady. More like 6 or 7 each at the most.

I think they're both assets at this level.

Technically however, O'Grady is far superior and if asked who would I keep if I had to seel one I would say COG.

you have to ask the question if you were a centre back who would you least like to play against? The answer everytime would be Hammond as although he is a rubbish footballer defenders hate playing against pace

Playing against an awkward 6ft 3 brick shit house can be aekward too. Not that COG is slow either.

you sure hes 6ft 3 because he doesnt look it, i'd be surprised if he was over 6 foot which is bread and butter for most the centre backs in the championship

I refer you to the above link.

funny in his yahoo profile it says hes 6ft. If hes 6 ft 3 them Mark de Vries must be taller than Peter Crouch

and here

Its clear that the OS often lies

The OS lie about the height and weight of players?

Is that a propoganda stunt?

i've checked about 6 other sites and none say he is as tall as 6 ft 3, he doesnt look 6ft 3 either. He isnt 6ft 3 give it up

Both struggling but at least Hammond scores once in a while.

.. and he often manages to put the ball in the back of the net from time to time. ;)

As for O'Grady, I think the afro hampered his attempts to score.

The numbers don't lie.

Goals this season.

Elvis Hammond: has scored goals in the league.

Chris O'Grady: hasn't scored goals in the leage.

Says it all really. :P

I'd have to go COG really. He has youth on his side and so he should get better and improve with age, but that doesn't excuse him from going down pretty easily for a big lad and generally not doing too much. At least Elvis, albeit rubbish with the ball, doesn't stop running and actually scares opposition defenders
