Daggers Posted 25 October 2006 Share Posted 25 October 2006 Hands up, how many people are going to laugh their ****ing tits off when they get beaten? I was always a bit ambivalent about the Vulva until last night...arrogant tossers. Maybe we should do more diving in the box too?

dandannieldanok Posted 25 October 2006 Share Posted 25 October 2006 Havent they got Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday? If so, they will get beaten easily and yes I will laugh when they lose (get thrashed hopefully!!)
Poakey Posted 25 October 2006 Share Posted 25 October 2006 The worrying thing is they didnt dive, they didnt even apeal for either of the "penos"the ref just gave em.

Thats debateable, I though both payers in question went down very easily. I mean, you wouldn't really fall over if tugged slightly by Sylla. Didn't the ref give the 2nd penno before anyone fell over - looked like everyone was standing up when it was awarded from where I was

Like I said I couldn't really hear him very well so he may have said it was definitely not a penalty
Joe. Posted 25 October 2006 Share Posted 25 October 2006 The thing that annoyed me though was that there was absolutely no need for Sylla to tub his shirt like that. Sutton had his back to goal and was no danger. For Sylla to then go and pull his shirt in the last minute of normal time in the penalty area is just plain stupidity. Oh well, I'm kind of glad he did it because when Henderson saved that shot the whole place just erupted. It was brilliant.

Magictv Posted 25 October 2006 Share Posted 25 October 2006 So it was a penalty then? Or harsh? I think he is saying that regardless of wether the decision was justified it was a stupid thing to do to give him an excuse to go down. Stupid diving tossers. gatesheadfox Posted 25 October 2006 Share Posted 25 October 2006 great game, although before wasn't so good as we got escorted to a pub as soon as we stepped off the train, then instead of asking us nicely to leave the pub, the police just raided it with shields and batons, and some bloke got gassed, although its understandable as someone set some boxes on fire, some hooligans kept breaking the chairs and the windows got smashed, and a few people were robbing from the till's, i would'nt like to be the owner of that pub we looked very shaky in periods, but luckily we come through in the end, as i'm sure we would of lost the penalty shoot out. It was so obvious barry was going to miss that penalty, i can't believe he tried to do exactly the same pen, as the keeper got close to the first. agathe was the same as usual when he came on, sutton had a good few touches, and osbourne looked very promising, he sometimes didn't no when to pass though and would lose the ball, but thats easliy rectified. There little forward was very good, caused the defense a lot of problems. our fans were excellent tonight made us look like the home fans, hope we can start creating bigger atmospheres at villa park From Villa talk They thought their fans were like the home fans, does that mean generally quieter than opposition fans? not sure. the bit about the pub........lovely brummies eh

I mean, you wouldn't really fall over if tugged slightly by Sylla. But once again, as with Low, you've got a winger cocking up in our own penalty box. C-man Posted 25 October 2006 Share Posted 25 October 2006 The first penalty was given because someone sneezed and Petrov fell on his arse. fooking piece of shit. Diving ****. The second was unbelievable. Sylla had hold of Sutton's arm, as did Sutton with Sylla's arm. There was no appeal, and no celebration from the villa fans cos no-one knew what had happened Stand up if the refts a T W A T.
