Brummie-FOX Posted 7 November 2006 Posted 7 November 2006 Typical Journalists. (And Neutral Football Fans) Jose Mourinho, watches his team score a 93th minute goal against Barcelona at the Nou Camp, basically putting them into the knock-out stages of the Champions League. He gets all the criticism from all the neutrals and media. So.. We get Alan Pardew, running near/in the Arsenal Dug-out. Arsene Wenger snaps. Who gets the criticism? Sure Pardew.. Right? Oops, no it isn't. Why the constant criticism of all the ' bigger ' clubs? Its becoming ridiculous. And this is a view of a 14 year old. I Hate This.

Because Pardew came out and apologised for his actions and at least offered his hand to Wenger. As for Mourinho, he constantly plays the 'chelsea hard done by act' and his celebration was too elaborate just like Pardew's. Mourinho is too arrogant for my liking.
lildave3 Posted 7 November 2006 Posted 7 November 2006 I hate Arsenal, Arsene Wenger and everything to do with the damn gunners (i know Manwell feels the same way ) but i still think Wenger should be criticised. But not for the pushing and swearing, the refusal to shake hands at the end just shows how bad a lose he is. Prat
Guest Posted 8 November 2006 Posted 8 November 2006 Wenger is a mardy bum. Mourinho is a mardy bum. They are deservedly criticised for their poor sportsmanship. Pardew at least had the grace to apologise, and so is not a mardy bum.
IDEA OR IKEA Posted 8 November 2006 Posted 8 November 2006 I think the big clubs do get the rough end of the stick - because it sells papers! Its just a merry-go-round and the typical English Mentality to bash the people at the top/resent them! It was Man Utd first, then Arsenal now Chelsea. If last nights result against Southend would have been ten years ago when Man UTd where so dominant - then the endlines would have been 'Crisis at Man Utd', 'Players Revolt' etc. Instead we get 'Fergusson calls for clam' and other similar tame headlines!
Joe. Posted 8 November 2006 Posted 8 November 2006 The big clubs get stick because they have so much pressure on them to win every game. There was so much hype after the Chelsea match because the Chelsea players cannot accept defeat in a civilised way, and insist on making stupid accusations against the ref. I loved it when Pardew celebrated in front of Wenger. Just the look on Wenger's face made it so worthwile

Just the look on Wenger's face made it so worthwile Professor Yaffle really annoys me, and this little petty tantrum just highlights why i want him to feck off out of english football
Daggers Posted 8 November 2006 Posted 8 November 2006 Mourinho gets stick because he is a moaning tw*t. He deserves every ounce of flack thrown his way ~ siege mentality my arse.
