Oli Posted 9 January 2005 Posted 9 January 2005 Celtic are a much better side than Rangers.Although today i dont think we played that well.Bad marking for Rangers goal and i think the defence needs tightning up in order to get sucess in Europe. All in all a great result and we put another one over the Gers.Get in 53252 You really know what your talking about? Another one? That was your first over us this season.
MON Posted 9 January 2005 Posted 9 January 2005 I feel sorry for MON at celtic. He deserves better. He needs the funds to rebuild, which he aint getting. If i was him, i'd walk away. He should wait for the united job IMO. I think fergies times up at the end of the season.

Anish Posted 9 January 2005 Posted 9 January 2005 United would be mad if they appointed Carlos Queiroz and didn't try to lure MON. After all, MON has proved himself everywhere he has been and won silverwear against the odds. He is a tremedendous manager and deserves to manage a bigger and better club than Celtic.

MON in my opinion would be more suited to a team such as liverpool
Guest Posted 10 January 2005 Posted 10 January 2005 Boo to Lisa!Hurrah to Fosse City. 53314 Boo to you too!
gjp Posted 10 January 2005 Posted 10 January 2005 As in Celtic. There my 2nd team 53255 love Leicester and Celtic, my Irish back ground I suppose. no surrender certain quotes on this site I have seen slated big time I do find shit like this offensive peace is the way forward without little boys coming out with dumb bigoted comments like that and anyone who knows about the history knows what it means hardly the same as calling derby fans names

We don't want mindless violence anymore. And you are right, the connotations that 'no surrender' brings with it are not acceptable for a football forum. Peace and Understanding for each others religious and cultural beliefs is what the world needs now. Not further intolerance. Paisley has only taught hatred and intolerance, I don't believe that that is a message we should embrace. Nor do I believe in the messages of the UDR, IRA or any other organisation that seeks to put across a message by means of intimidation and violence. The majority in my country have an argument that is more powerful than that...Peace! It has a logic of its own that cannot be argued with. Please, if you feel anything contrary, keep it to yourself, This is after all a football forum. Lets work together for the future instead of living in a bitter hate filled past

Lets work together for the future instead of living in a bitter hate filled past 53483 The post did actually contain more but as previously posted TB did apologise and I edited accordingly. I purposely left the No surrender in because I believed that it was accptable in a football context along the lines of Foxes never Quit. The fact that it was Rangers and Celtic obviously, from your perspective gives it a different conotation. Censureship can only go so far and I stand by my decision, purely from a football context to let the No surrender statement stay. With TB, having apologised I think it's time we drew a line under this so I will therefor close this topic.
