cisono Posted 1 February 2007 Posted 1 February 2007 Reintroduce them from where? Where had they gone in the meantime? Will they need dusting off?
Flynny Posted 1 February 2007 Posted 1 February 2007 Tory party aren't anywhere near my political views, in honesty, but they're closer than they were. Cameron seems to be sensible, if not cynically trying to win votes - but EVERY political party and politician tries to do that. All in all Labour's getting complacent and have done lots of things wrong. If they admitted this and tried to put them right, they'd be pounced on by the media and booted out, so they slowly and quietly try to fix things and leave them alone where they can. Leaving them in charge is madness. Voting for labour just because they're 'The party of the working classes', and claiming never to vote Tory as almost a badge of honour is ludicrous. Political parties stand for fook all nowadays anyway, except their current policies, and Blair is just as posh as Cameron. In fact I don't hold with the idea of supporting one party continously at all. If they're making a mess of things, kick them out, whatever party they are. I don't particularly like the bloke (Cameron), but he's taking his time with policies and when he does announce one, is very good at summing up in a couple of sentances why exactly it would work and why it should be done without launching into a load of jargon and statistics. I know it's all polish and doesn't make his policies particularly better, but it's a skill few other politicians possess.
Chairman of the Bored Posted 1 February 2007 Posted 1 February 2007 In a time of crisis we need a coalition government. This is a time of crisis. Jesus, we could get relegated.
