Nod.E Posted 13 April 2007 Posted 13 April 2007 i tend to get the train into leicester rather than the bus becuase of the 40 minute treck on the bus compared with the 5-10 minutes on the train, but i just cannot reley on trains as theyve only ever been on time for me twice!! other times theyve been 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, and an hour late!!! I'm debating with myself whether to catch the coach into leicester tomrow or risk the train ... anyone else have the same problem?

Geo V Posted 14 April 2007 Posted 14 April 2007 The trains in London are bad enough but the tube is a nightmare down here. Packed, no ventilation and rude passengers are enough for me to get tube rage .

Blame Standupandsing. will do??? i dno ...anyway i played it safe and caught the bus, afterall my dads the stewart so i get on free shame i cant reley on them, maybe im just unlucky and theyve been on time other than most times when i attemt to catch them?

Brussels Airport - Leuven - Cancelled (but not communicated until departure time) After finding another route I reached my destination (Hasselt) about an hour late

Alexikokopops Posted 18 April 2007 Posted 18 April 2007 Sometimes late trains can be a god send. Had to catch the train from Bologna to Rimini in Italy on Tuesday at 11:38. As we were approaching the station the time on the clock was 11:37, but we still managed to run to a cash machine, then to left luggage, pay for leaving our luggage, validate our ticket, and then across the station to the platform and get on just in time. Ideal.
