Zingari Posted 16 May 2007 Posted 16 May 2007 does anyone else get really annoyed when teams turn up and play in their 2nd or 3rd kit when there is no need to change ; for instance if we are playing Wolves I want to see them in the famous old gold ; it seems play in a changed strip regardless of wether there is a clash or not sorry if this has been done before

Zingari Posted 16 May 2007 Author Posted 16 May 2007 Why not? dunno why i'm not one of those people with well reasoned logical opinions ; i just have knee jerk reactions to situations i find it saves a lot of time and effort and usually works just as well

I suppsoe they have to change the kit so they can justify taking our money by having 2nd and 3rd kits??!! BTW I dont know if this is true but I have heard Man Utd are bringing out a one off kit (4th kit) for one game FFS!!

Mike the Metal Ed Posted 17 May 2007 Posted 17 May 2007 I hate the thing about not having any colour clashes at all, white shorts for example. When Burnley played at the Walkers earlier this season, I was slightly annoyed they didn't play in the claret. I had more important things to be annoyed about 105 minutes later.
SystonFox Posted 18 May 2007 Posted 18 May 2007 yes but the ref sees it if a player looks up and sees white shorts he might pass to him and then he seens he is a burnley player. burnley can hardly play in claret tops, yellow shorts and pink socks just so they aint wearing what we are. its all logical i think and works well.
