cisono Posted 21 May 2007 Posted 21 May 2007 I have been doing this assignment for 3 weeks now. My document is about 95 pages long and it only contains about half of what is needed. I closed it down normally earlier before a reboot. Word is currently crashing on opening the document, even when opening in safe mode. Why does this always happen to me? I should be grateful that I still have two weeks go (and can make amends somehow), but still... Last week I did some work on this document at college and lost three pages due to memory corruption while the document was loaded on one of the library's computers. The IT support blamed the Kingston memory stick, never had a problem with those until now. Of course, privately, they probably blamed the problem on the student being female, but they did not openly say so .
