Finnegan Posted 22 May 2007 Posted 22 May 2007 Ah, been and gone, has it? I presumed it was a later summer thing. The point's the same, either way, festivals in this country are pricey enough for us poor types. Going to the states during the summer is going to be even pricier.

placidcasual Posted 24 May 2007 Posted 24 May 2007 ACL Fest is fantastic. The one problem with it is there isn't a lot of shade at Zilker Park. Temps hit 100F most days when we went in 2005 and it is a dustbowl. Austin is a great place to visit as well.
