Tomassi Posted 27 May 2007 Posted 27 May 2007 A mate of mine convinced me. At first I couldnt be arsed but on second thought I went and applied. Its easy money, plus I got paid to watch that pile of crap while you lot was paying for it. sounds good to me, what is it £25 a match for doing feck all?
Koke Posted 27 May 2007 Posted 27 May 2007 Yep - 25 quid ish. Just dont be a steward at the away fans section. Its a feckin nightmare.

Its a feckin nightmare. to answer your earlier question i was the supervisor of the players/media rooms and a load of stewards used to come to me for a cuppa tea (which wasn't allowed) at half time haha. i have heard since that the other lad who took over got stricter and doesnt give feck all to anyone now other than that just the usual bars in grat hall and 2nd/3rd floor. might tackle some away fans soon then (i'll probably enjoy the fight-club-esque scenes haha

He's a decent guy though. Away fans are horrible. I was there at the Spurs game in the FA Cup and I got so much verbal abuse it was unbelievable. I refused to help them (that particular section) out ever since. Feckin' cockeys
