The People's Hero Posted 6 June 2007 Posted 6 June 2007 I love the logo.And it's not just a logo they have paid £400000 for, but an entire brand. The logo has to be able to adapt and fit into many different types of use. From cups for drinks to the stadium walls and official merchandise. In my opinion the tabloid media is on a mission to trash the London Olympics and put the boot in at every possible opportunity. Quite why I dont really understand. They go on about chavs and youth crime etc, well for the first time in years we have a huge sporting event in this Country. And with 5 years to go it will be the teenagers of today that will be the gold medalists of 2012. Any young boy or girl Nationwide with talent for a huge range of sports has been given a huge goal and opportunity. There will also be opportunities for voluanteers, and of course the disabled will feature in the para olympics. The Olympic games is the World's largest sporting event. It's coming to the UK and we should be proud and positive, not negative and critical. Errr... yeah, so why do you like the cr ap logo? Would have a good logo change any of the above?
