Connolly has managed just six goals in 31 appearances since arriving at The Walkers Stadium for £500,000 from West Ham in July. But Levein said: "David Connolly's working extremely hard for the team and playing some of the best football of his career. "But we've not been providing him with enough ammunition of the right quality." .................................................................................................................. Anish Posted 10 February 2005 Posted 10 February 2005 Yes Connolly hasn't had a great deal of service, but when he has he's missed some great chances. He should easily be into double figures now if he had converted all the guilt-edged chances.
