On my days off I stay up late anyway so my sleep patter doesn't change much. Except for the weekend when its 6am to 6pm or visa versa. Fridays 3pm to 6. If the mods were not going to delete this thread they will now.

Apparently working 3 shifts is the equivalent of smoking 10-20 fags a day.....and i dont even smoke!!! :eek:

Rincewind Posted 20 June 2007 Posted 20 June 2007 I would rather work three 12 hour shifts than four 8 hour shifts. But saying that I work 45 one week then 63 the next with five days/shifts off. Two days off now then 15 hours Friday. Loverly jubberly.

Two days off now then 15 hours Friday. Loverly jubberly. Well i do 1 week of early shift 6am til 1.30pm, then 1 week nights 9pm til 6am then 1 week lates 1.30pm til 9pm etc etc etc....
