Ah politics again. Rather than having anything to do with the truth it's all about who and what you want to believe really. I've just read a piece by a consultant who'd cut his waiting lists to zero and offered to show representatives of the Health Service how it could be achieved generally, and quite easily. They didn't want to know. If Labour were so good Gordon Brown wouldn't want to change, change, change so much... starting with the Health Service from what I gather!
