If people are not directly publishing the fixtures on the forum then they are not placing FoxesTalk in any position of difficulty whatsoever. If (and it's a huge 'if') the FL decided to take action then it would be directed at the site hosting the image to remove the offending image along with a desist and cease letter to the individual. But, let's be honest about this, such a situation is never going to happen - the law is directed at preventing sites such as this hosting a page with the fixture list published on it in its entirity. All images of the football club are copyright (including the image in the FT banner), almost everyone's avatars are copyright and as near as dammit all of the images people post here are copyright held along with lyrics and the promotion of pirating through Peer2peer software advice.
