Burleyfox Posted 23 February 2005 Posted 23 February 2005 The table speaks for itself - you'll win nowt averaging a goals for record of one per game!!!
davieG Posted 23 February 2005 Posted 23 February 2005 Well there's some misrepresenting going on here, CL says man for man you lot imply something different can some one clarify with a bit of logic please?
davieG Posted 23 February 2005 Posted 23 February 2005 The table speaks for itself - you'll win nowt averaging a goals for record of one per game!!! 70431 Well Stoke have 23 (20 before last night) from 33 games and have 47 points in 11th place and 6 points off a play off spot.
Steven Posted 23 February 2005 Posted 23 February 2005 The table speaks for itself - you'll win nowt averaging a goals for record of one per game!!! 70431 Well Ipswich are already doing worse than that at the moment. Their record is for 62 and against 41. We averaged .87 against per game when we were last promoted. I think in this League it would seem that the ability to score is more important the the ability to have an absolutely rock-solid defence.
Nationwider Posted 23 February 2005 Posted 23 February 2005 ..... Derby wouldn't of thought they'd be where they are now if you asked them their opinions this time last season, neither would Crystal Palace.New centre half and striker though please to increase competition throughout the squad. 70284 Good stuff there Hoof. Unless you've got £Â£Ã‚£'s this division is a long-term project. You could argue though that with Palace, one player - a striker - has made the difference between Palace being a Prem side and a possible League One side. New striker anyone?
