the_bowman Posted 25 October 2007 Posted 25 October 2007 Ok, I made an order on Play.com on Wednesday, but decided within the hour that I didn't actually need this item. So, I checked the help section and it said to cancel an item send an email to [email protected] So I sent an email containing all of the details of my order, which at this time was "Being Processed" I simply received an automated reply: Thank you for your email. We have given your query ticket number 1768043. Please quote this number in any future correspondence in this matter. Kind Regards Play. So, I email back with my query number after I checked today and found that it had been posted. Same reply. Any help guys?

the_bowman Posted 25 October 2007 Author Posted 25 October 2007 Yeah I think the best thing to do is stop the payment until I can actually talk to somebody - I have emailed them again, just as porrf I've been trying and asked what course of action I should take

the_bowman Posted 25 October 2007 Author Posted 25 October 2007 Hmmm, well I read ComputerActive a lot and they have these sort of articles in there, might be worth emailing them

the_bowman Posted 25 October 2007 Author Posted 25 October 2007 You can go onto your account on play and simply cancel order????!!!!!!!!! Tried everything, but couldn't find a cancel order section I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that it's a "PlayTrade" item. Crap system
Alexikokopops Posted 26 October 2007 Posted 26 October 2007 If it's been posted then you can usually return it within 28 days unopened and all that and they'll take it back and give you your money back.
