Darkzzz_ Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 A old topic but what the heck... I have just purchased a 500GB western digital external Its class!!
Daggers Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 I got a Maxtor 750gb with a one-touch back-up thing to it...which is fine if you like that kind of thing. It was a right tosser to mount on my linux system though. Damn cheap, mind - cost less than two home game Saturdays.
Nick Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 Anyone have any experience, views (good or bad) of these? I'd like to hear them please!I'm looking to buy one to put a load of photos on but I've yet to come across one that doesn't have a bad review attached to it. The biggest problem seems to be that they are all prone to becoming inaccessable. I use the LACE Porshe one to back up my macbookpro. 80 sheets no complaints. N.
